The parks of La Condesa are a mecca for dogs, and for professional dog walkers and trainers too. It’s pretty impressive to me to see one person walking 10 dogs at a time, or see 25 or more dogs sit still in a row.
I read today that Mexico has the most dogs per capita of any Latin American country.
