The centerpiece of Hipódromo, and Condesa at large, is Parque Mexico. There are beautiful gardens and water features here, and the south end has a large open concrete area where you’ll see soccer, boxing, dancing, martial arts, and just about anything else you can imagine. It’s very popular with dog owners and there is a big dog park on the south side of Michoacán.
