Outstanding shrimp tacos. I tried one a la plancha (grilled), one capeado (battered), and one a la ‘crunch’. Flour tortillas toasted just right, a little crispy. Great toppings, the slaw had raisins for a little touch of sweetness, exactly how I like it.
It’s a nice clean place set a couple blocks off the main drag. There’s also a smaller one by the Marina. 195 mxn / 11.50 usd for 3 tacos and a soda.
By the way, in the menu they had translated capeado as ‘weathered’. It’s not the first time I have seen that translation, not quite sure where it comes from.
