My favorite place for ice cream in Todos Santos is La Paloma. It’s a little off the main drag, but it has a festive feel and some great flavors. I had the cajeta / galleta (caramel cookie).
My runner up would probably be Baja Tasty – it’s located right in the thick of things, and the chocochip cone I had was true to the shop’s name.
